Hospitalised after the birth of her first daughter Lucy found herself at the lowest point of her life emotionally, and physically, all at a time when she should have been at her happiest.  When traditional medicines failed to remedy the situation, Lucy was lost.  A chance meeting with the world’s foremost expert in evidence-based nutrition was a turning point and led to the idea behind LYMA. 

Experiencing the power of medical grade nutraceuticals first-hand made Lucy realise this knowledge should be shared to help others in the same situation, to change their life too.  Two years later LYMA launched the ultimate supplement which revolutionised the rapidly evolving wellness sector with a new category of evidence-based nutrition. The first formula to exclusively use peer-reviewed ingredients, each at proven dosages. 

Before the life changing events which followed her daughter’s birth, Lucy lived a high-octane lifestyle, working firstly as a fashion journalist on a British national newspaper, and then as a luxury sector PR.  This professional background enhanced Lucy’s naturally inquisitive nature, which led to an investigation into the supplement industry, and how clinical trials are sometimes misrepresented, while truly credible information was side-lined.

Working with some of the world’s most respected luxury brands has given Lucy a real understanding of consumer behaviour and how important trust and quality are within this sector.  A decision to disregard all preconceived ideas when it came to supplements ensured that LYMA’s supplement was designed entirely from the customer’s point of view.  And similarly, this approach was followed two years later for the creation and launch of the LYMA Laser, a product which created a new potential for clinic-grade home skin regeneration.

Lucy has spoken about her personal journey and the power of nutraceuticals at seminars, conferences, on podcasts and at VIP customer events across the world.  She is passionate about the value of science, importance of clinical research and evidence, and helping LYMA customers achieve their best self.  Lucy lives in London with her family and Coco the dog.

Alexandra Kafka is a former PR consultant who transformed herself into the Founder and CEO of Oxyzn, a wellbeing keynote speaker, and a corporate wellbeing consultant. Combining her five years of client management experience with a deep understanding of mindfulness, she uses these skills to radically enhance your employees’ well-being. As a PR executive, she has been sought out by brands like Vodafone, Edelman, Amazon, HSBC, and the Cannes Film Festival among others.

She specialises in designing and delivering B2B wellness solutions such as bespoke corporate wellness programmes as well as B2C solutions including detox retreats for HNWIs and UHNWIs and special wellbeing events for VIPs.

After experiencing burnout herself, she resigned and embarked on a two-year mindfulness journey around the world. She became certified in mindfulness and yoga, spending time in 34 countries to explore ways of transforming her life through well-being practices, with the aim of restarting her career in a new direction.

Through a self-healing mindfulness journey, she discovered her love for mindfulness – her second greatest passion in life, which inspired her to show hybrid employees how to use these well-being tools the same way she did. This is how mindfulness became her life’s mission – to help employees on their personal journey to claim their full potential.

Alice's journey has been marked by a personal tragedy and the will to bring hope to millions around the world.

In November 2020, she lost her brother, Josh, to suicide at the age of 21. Josh had been researching over the internet techniques to take his own life – and he was not alone. Globally, analarming 1.2 million online searches linked to suicide occur each month.

Determined to ensure more help and support is given to individuals searching for harmful content online, Alice set up a tech charity called R;pple. R;pple is a digital tool designed to intercept online searches related to self-harm and suicide, providing mental health resources to individuals at a time when they are most vulnerable.

With millions of downloads worldwide, R;pple is intercepting thousands of harmful online searches, continually saving lives from suicide.

Alice's story resonates strongly with anyone who has faced mental health challenges, has been affected by suicide or cares for the safety of others. Businesses, educational bodies, authorities, health services, sports clubs, event organizers and leading media invite her to address topics such as suicide prevention, mental health in the workplace, removing stigma and more. Alice’s presentations are both informative and powerful, with the passion that only lived experience can bring.

Anna Devere is a singer songwriter, podcaster and global wellness advocate. Her passion for storytelling developed in her youth, along with an innate love for people and animals. These talents came together in her professional theater career, which took her around the world. Anna has always been guided by empathy and compassion, but livingand performing abroad deepened her drive for acting globally.

She followed her curiosity for holistic health by becoming a craniosacral practitioner. Through songwriting she aspires to create resonance as another form of healing. As a multimedia producer, Anna focuses on creating hope, techno-positivity and the development of human potential. She is an award winning podcaster, public speaker and singer who performed with Gladys Knight in the Grammy award winning Saints Unified Voices choir. Her new book, “Seeing Like A Storyteller” is a guide to creating more synchronicities in life through positive thinking. Barbara Bickham is an award-winning CTO and Fund Manager with more than 35 years of experience in Technology and Entrepreneurship. She has spent over 10 years in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Barbara is a serial entrepreneur in the technology industry, specializing in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Internet of Things, and Augmented/Virtual Reality. Some of the companies she has been involved with include Hyperloop TT, Digital Operating Company, and Kintsugi Global. Barbara has also served on several non-profit boards and has been a mentor and advisor to many local accelerators, incubators, and venture programs. She holds degrees from the University of Chicago's New Entrepreneurs Program, West Coast University (MSCS), and the University of California, Berkeley (BACS).

Demi Heath is an award winning sustainability expert, having been an embedded Sustainability Manager and Consultant to many clients, she creates ESG business strategies and improvement plans with knowledge across both service and manufacturing industries. HerB Corp certificationexperience is extensive, having taken 20+ businesses through the process and is currently co-chair for B Local Brighton. Understanding the complexities of integrating sustainability practices into businesses of all sizes she aims to be a trusted partner that simplifies sustainability, working with AI tools to create efficiency. At just 39, Emily Barclay started experiencing various symptoms, including fatigue, weight gain, rage and insomnia. Eventually, on Dr visit number 13, she learnt she was going through perimenopause. When she discovered that the peer support and expert advice she wanted to find wasn’t easy to come by, she set about creating Perimenopause Hub. The Hub has a panel of over 60 experts from all around the world, and the associated Facebook group provides support to the over 110,000 women who are members.

Jo Fuller is a Leadership Coach, Speaker and Menopause and Menstruation expert. With over 20 years of experience, Jo specialises in guiding women through hormonal transitions, offering coaching and education with coaching and education. 

Her approach, rooted in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience, focuses on managing challenges such as anxiety, confidence loss, and stress while navigating career, relationship and hormonal shifts. 

Jo’s mission is to help individuals reframe Menopause as an opportunity for growth and self-development, supporting them in creating powerful, lasting change in their lives.

Jo is also a trusted media voice, appearing on TV, radio, and in the press, as well as being the host of The Merry Menopause Bookclub Podcast, where she continues to challenge the status quo on how Menopause and Menstruation are addressed in society and workplaces.

Jo took up running as she turned 40, right after she quit smoking after 25 years. That decision changed her life. Running forced her to address the rest of her lifestyle. Later she quit drinking and began to take way more notice of what she was eating; fueling for 26.2 miles is no joke. Ten years on she’s run four marathons.

Jo coaches her clients through mindset and lifestyle changes to support them in long term well being. By making a few big changes to her lifestyle Jo has navigated her way through the last decade. It included some major life circumstances; bankruptcy, relationship endings and beginnings, and bereavement.

She is also the host of the immensely popular Flip It podcast, exploring the depth of the human experience through the intricate stories that define who we are, and aims to support listeners as they navigate life’s highs and lows.

Having endured and overcome her own struggles with mental health, Laura has long been an advocate for enhancing workplace happiness and wellness. As the Founder of Flip It Works, Laura utilises the art and craft of storytelling to transform the stigma and narrative associated with mental health and burnout in the workplace.

Laura is a passionate believer that every story has the potential to change lives and empowers audiences to embrace storytelling to spark change in their own lives, their workplace, their communities, and beyond.

Laura is the founder and CEO of perry, the leading global perimenopause platform redefining holistic health during the menopause transition.

As a CPG veteran, with over 12 years in global innovation at Procter & Gamble, Laura's passion lies in creating spaces for the underserved.

Inspired by her mom's emotional struggles during menopause and facing it herself as a millennial, Laura was shocked by the lack of support. This motivated her to establish Perry, a safe space for genuine connections and accessible, personalized support focused on holistic well-being during the menopause transition.

Beyond her work, Laura, who is half Nigerian, enjoys the vibrant world of Nigerian 'Nollywood' movies. She lives together with her husband, two sons and daughter.

Lesli Ott is the Founder & CEO of Menther and the Executive Director of Girls Code Savannah. She is an applied economist and tech entrepreneur with a passion for developing scalable tech solutions that address social issues. Earlier in her career Lesli built and led data and technology teams at Google spin-out Cityblock Health and health-tech startup Remedy Partners. She also spent over a decade in data and technology at Yale University and the Federal Reserve. She is a founding member of Chief, a private women's network focused on connecting and supporting executive-level women leaders. Lesli holds Master's degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Loretta Dignam has pioneered menopause in Ireland. She is an award-winning Marketer of the Year, Women's Health CEO of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year runner up in the Image Businesswoman Awards, and HI HI FemTech 2023 Winner. She opened the doors to The Menopause Hub, Ireland's first and only dedicated peri/menopause clinic in January 2019. This was one of only two clinics in the world dedicated to menopause.  Loretta is the founder and CEO.

The Menopause Hub is a centre of excellence for menopause, with three clinics in Ireland. She has also just launched Ireland' first Menopause App, which is available for free and which also acts as an adjunct to the patient care pathway. 

Loretta is a passionate advocate for menopausal women, smashing the taboo and striving to make menopause mainstream. Through the Menopause Hub Academy, she has also developed a CPD accredited programme to support organisations with menopause in the workplace awareness, education, training, and policy development and hosts the Menopause Workplace Excellence Awards in partnership with Great Place to Work. She has just launched a Menopause Workplace Accreditation programme to recognise those who are leading the way in menopause support at work. Loretta is scaling her business internationally to address the global need for menopause supports.

Loretta has had a lengthy and highly successful career working for many multinational, global businesses including; Mars Inc, Diageo plc, Kerry Group plc Ardagh Group and Jacob Fruitfield, as a senior marketing and communications leader. She was awarded Marketer of the Year in 2011. She is a graduate of UCD and DCU and has lectured in the UCD Smurfit Business School on their executive MBA and MSc Programmes.

Loretta was on the Board of the Abbey Theatre for 6 years. She chaired their Gender Equality Committee, driving change in gender equality policy across Irish theatre.

Lorna Lyons is the founder and CEO of The MumBOSS Coaching and Mentoring Company & Leader of The MumBOSS Network, an educational community for women growing online businesses. After leaving her established teaching career to start her business, she embarked on a new journey into entrepreneurship mid-life! Through her personal experience of growing a thriving online community, with wellbeing at the heart of everything she does, she now mentors & coaches other women to gain courage, take action and create their own unique life by design.

Mari is a mental health blogger, advocate, writer and acting coach who has built a thriving community around open conversations on anxiety, PTSD and emotional well-being. Her journey began with a heartfelt post sharing her personal struggles, resonating deeply with thousands. Today, with 48k followers and a reach of over 400k accounts per month on Instagram, Mari's platform is a safe space for de-stigmatising mental health discussions. She is also the founder of Screen Lounge and a partner at ISSA, where she mentors screen actors and teaches the power of owning your story. Known for her authentic and relatable content, Mari collaborates with well-known brands to create impactful, lasting material that engages and inspires her audience toward healing and self-care.

During a corporate career climbing the career ladder,  she worked in multi-national technology corporations. She faced  discrimination and had to fight her way to Senior Leadership roles. She  led diverse, global teams across a range of technology sectors. During  the pandemic, she co-founded Watch This Sp_ce, a multi-award winning diversity and inclusion company. The company shows  organisations how to walk their talk when it comes to inclusion and  shows people how to drive change. 

Mo is a TedX and conference speaker, and co-Author of The Inclusion  Journey. Mo’s story of fighting her way to the top of a corporate career  and then giving that up for found her own business has seen her speak  at many events and in the media. She is a Charity Board Trustee at The  Clock Tower Sanctuary, a charity for young people experiencing  homelessness. She is a Mentor for the Girls Network charity and a Non Exec Director for a healthcare social enterprise.

Dr Mackenzie a leading researcher at Research Centre for  Health & Life Sciences (Coventry University) and the Institute of Cardio Metabolic Medicine (University Hospital Coventry and Warwick NHS  Trust) and is internationally recognised for his work. He leads on  metabolic health at a distinguished Harley Street clinic and has  published more than 40 journal articles, mainly on insulin resistance and  diabetes.

Ruth Anslow is a social entrepreneur committed to challenging out-of-date business models with new ones built to serve people and communities. She co-founded rebel supermarket HISBE Food in 2010 and The Good Business Club network in 2018. Prior to that she has 14 years' experience in commercial and marketing roles at Unilever and Sara Lee. 

From 2022-2024 Ruth was a member of the Steering Group of Sussex Bay, delivering the mission, branding and launch for this exciting new movement for nature restoration. She now works with Brighton-based consultancy Wayforward, continuing to deliver agency services for good people, doing business for good.

Sam teaches workplaces how to expand mental health and de-stress for more energy and relaxation using her signature approach: LAUGHTER YOGA. She uses

straightforward science and simple English to foster genuine connections. Sam authored "Laugh More, Soar In Your Health, Career, and Relationships." She works part-time as a carer for people with dementia, is a

holistic health practitioner, and a mother of two children and various rescue animals. Born in the UK,

with mixed heritage (Indian, Pakistani, and

Afghanistani), her mission is to elevate health and productivity using creativity and laughter. With a 30-year career in science, health, and corporate training, she has trained professionals in over 30 countries.

Sammi Adhami is a trusted industry expert with a prominent voice in  business, technology and wellness. He has over 20 years experience  building businesses across multiple sectors both in the UK and UAE. 

Sammi was Co-Founder and COO of Fiit, one the UK’s most successful  venture backed fitness technology businesses. Today he holds multiple  positions as Board Advisor, NED and CEO mentor to a variety of start ups, scale-ups and global businesses. 

Sammi has deep domain expertise in the wellness industry. Co-Host of  the Modern Wellness Podcast, a show that discusses the latest facts  and fads in business, health and technology and as a Wellbeing Advisor  to global businesses. Sammi is an endurance runner and Breathwork  coach and is passionate about helping people perform at their best in  work and in life.

Dr. Susie Reiner is an industry research scientist, writer, and educator  with more than ten years of experience spanning fitness and health  tech, commercial, community, and academic settings. She is the Head  of Science at Aletha Health, a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University  of Kentucky, and a consultant with digital health and fitness tech start ups (including Tonal, Limber Health, and AIM7) providing  research support and science-driven content. She holds her Ph.D. in  Health Sciences, specializing in Human and Sport Performance and M.S.  in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and is an ACSM certified  exercise physiologist and NSCA certified strength and conditioning  coach and personal trainer. Her work emphasizes the application of  sport science innovation and technology to improve health and  performance across populations.
